Services
Robert A. Caneco, Architect provides various Architectural services which are listed and explained below, but may not include all services a client may request.
Initial Consultation Phase via phone or in person, at site, or both. There is typically no charge for this service.
Preliminary Design and Drawing Phase includes an additional site visit to gather photographs and document preexisting building conditions with accurate drawings and notes, preparation of a preliminary design, and revisions as needed.
Construction Documents Phase involves finalizing details and preparation of construction or “working drawings”. Specifications book, if required, is prepared separately at additional cost.
Bid Phase is the compiling of bid information packages containing all drawings and specifications, instructions, contact point for questions and submission (bid close) date. This phase includes a review of all bids and client assistance in choosing a contractor.
Construction / Contractor Oversight Phase supports and protects the clients interests by acting as liaison between client and contractor until project completion, providing them with enough knowledge about the plan and field conditions to allow them to make informed decisions as requested or required by contractor during construction.
